Three More Tenants Set to Join Downtown Commons in 2017

Sacramento, Calif. – The Sacramento Kings and JMA Ventures LLC, announced three more tenants will join the growing lineup coming soon to Downtown Commons (DOCO) this year. Burger Lounge, Häagen-Dazs and Pressed Juicery provide a diversity of lunch, dinner and dessert options for Downtown workers, visitors to Sacramento’s new gathering place, and patrons shopping at DOCO retailers.


“With diverse options throughout DOCO, our guests are guaranteed to find the treat that they are looking for,” said Kings President Chris Granger. “All three of our respected and beloved additions – Burger Lounge, Häagen-Dazs and Pressed Juicery – will certainly compliment the lifestyle that continues to evolve downtown.”

DOCO’s entitlements include up to 1.5 million square feet of dynamic mixed use development. The initial phase of development features 128,000 square feet of office space, 300,000 square feet of retail, the Sawyer – a 250-room boutique hotel managed by Kimpton Hotels – as well as 45 residential units at the top of the tower. Cushman and Wakefield are serving as the leasing agents for the retail space at DOCO.
